It was 2018. Online betting in Bangladesh was almost entirely done on foreign platforms — English interfaces, overseas payment gateways, and no support in Bengali. A group of young tech professionals and sports enthusiasts in Dhaka decided that had to change.
They had one question: why can't people in Bangladesh bet in their own language, using their own payment methods? The search for that answer gave birth to 9tk10.
The Early Challenges
The start was anything but easy. Building the technical infrastructure, understanding what Bangladeshi users truly needed, and launching a safe, trustworthy platform all at once — the first year was one of hard work and steep learning curves. But the team didn't give up.
In the early months, there were only a few thousand members — but they became 9tk10's greatest strength. Their feedback, suggestions, and trust are what pushed 9tk10 forward.
"When I placed my first bet on 9tk10 and saw everything in Bangla, I was genuinely surprised. It felt like it was built just for us."
— Rafiqul I., Sylhet, Member since 2019How the Trust Was Built
Earning trust online is hard — especially when money is involved. From day one, 9tk10 has been built on transparency. Paying out every win on time, resolving every complaint promptly, and communicating honestly with users — these three things are the foundation of 9tk10.
Even a small bet starting at ৳9 is treated with respect on 9tk10 — because we know every taka matters to an everyday bettor.
9tk10 Today
Today, 9tk10 has over 500,000 registered members. You can bet on 30+ sports including cricket, football, tennis, and basketball. Over 500 match odds are available daily, with a payout rate above 98%.
But beyond the numbers, what matters most is that 9tk10 members feel safe here. They know they'll receive their winnings, get the support they need, and never be taken advantage of. That is our greatest achievement.
Plans for the Future
9tk10 isn't slowing down. A more advanced mobile app, more sports markets, and faster payment processing are all in the works. Our goal is to bring 9tk10's services to every sports fan in every district of Bangladesh.
